pNetwork v3 introduces an optimistic architecture approach with multi-provers, featuring a Relayer responsible for suggesting the issuance or redemption of a pToken. Following this proposal, a challenge period ensues for legitimacy verification, mirroring the user's swap request optimistically. If deemed illegitimate, the proposal can be nullified after this period by entities referred to as Sentinels and Guardians. Being entirely decentralized, pNetwork v3 operates beyond the scope of MICA regulation, thereby sidestepping KYC and AML requirements and enhancing the user experience. Despite its decentralized nature, pNetwork actively pursues methods to deter its utilization for unlawful activities or with illicit funds.
