LeverFi, formerly recognized as RAMP DEFI, stands as a decentralized leverage trading platform. In March 2022, the team responsible for RAMP DEFI opted to rebrand their enterprise to adapt to the increasingly volatile DeFi market. The rebranding initiative seeks to address prevalent issues within the current DeFi landscape, notably the lack of sustainable Total Value Locked (TVL) and utility. The LeverFi team aspires to develop a solution that delivers tangible value by enabling users to engage in both trading and yield farming concurrently. Lenders deposit funds into lending pools and earn interest from traders who leverage borrowing to engage in trading activities with up to 10X leverage. Any liquidity remaining unused by lenders is subsequently deployed into alternative DeFi protocols to bolster yield generation. LeverFi endeavors to function as a conduit bridging Ethereum with EVM-compatible chains such as BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and beyond.
